    I love this topic this is exactly what I do for my triathlon and it works. SO many people find it hard to understand sometimes we need to cut back on a swim or ride or run and spend good quality time in the gym doing a proper MSP workout.. Awesome thanks so much guys I am about to buy a few copies of his book
